Casa Emilia is a recently renovated three-story residence of approximately 495 m² (5,328 sq. ft.) on Calle Cochera del Hobo, in the heart of Cartagena’s historic Walled City. The renovation combines preserved stone walls, timber ceilings and natural finishes with open circulation, contemporary railings and generous social spaces. Its central courtyard is organized around a swimming pool and connects the open kitchen with the lounge areas, creating a direct relationship between the air-conditioned interiors and outdoor living.
